Lucky you having Pocket Edward over for TG dinner! I have got to get me one of those!
How funny - Pocket Edward played Apples to Apples at our house tonight too! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. BTW, I really love the changing "Many Faces of Rob" pic each day (thank you!!)
@spellbound - Lucky for me my family still finds my adolescent behavior part of my charm :)
@Twilove1 - You recognized the game! My husband's niece had fun picking out the cards and lining them up with Pocket Edward for another photo op. So glad you're enjoying the revolving pictures of Rob. I have a hard time replacing the current one some days, but as you may already know, you can click on the Faces of Rob tab at the top of the page and it will take you to my Photobucket album with all of the past pictures in it.
Have a good day, girls!
Lisa
Hahaha, I love Mini E in front of the pile of meat! I also love Apples to Apples too, it's so much fun. I need to get one for our house. Hmmm, I wonder if I can pick one up today when I'm Black Friday shopping.
@Z Any Mouse - So how did Black Friday shopping go? Bring anyone home with you?!
@Sprtzmom - I had no idea I could click on the Rob pic for more... Cool!
Black Friday shopping really wore me out; I may have to relax by seeing NM again this weekend. I'll confess I bought a Rob calendar at Target and pointed out tons of NM merchandise to my daughter as Christmas ideas for me. Of course I need an Edward blanket and a NM lunchbox!
@Twilove1 - You just gave me more ideas to add to my Christmas list, thanks!
@Sprtzmom - Black Friday actually went pretty well. I had all the kids with me, so no Christmas shopping for them, but we did get some necessary school shopping done. My son was in desperate need of some concert (i.e. dressy) pants. When he wore his usual pair last week I was like "Hey Noah, where's the flood?". I still can't get over how these boys seem to grow two inches overnight! I did manage to get two sets of Apples to Apples, one for us , and one for some really good friends. I can't wait to play! After that my daughter and I met up with some of our margarita crowd to see New Moon again (sans margaritas this time). It was fun watching it with her because she giggled at all the right moments, loved every minute, and wasn't cynical about anything that was not perfect. She just finished reading Twilight, hasn't read NM yet, so she had a ton of questions trying to fill in the holes. Definate problems for people who haven't read the books!
I forgot one really important thing. We watched NM at a different theatre, and I got to see the Remember Me trailer big!!!
@Twilove1 - If only we could click on Rob for more ;) I have an Edward & Bella blanket and a Twilight 18-month calendar that my co-workers gave me for my birthday, but you can never have to much merch. I told the kids that I want to add the smaller Twilight Saga paperbacks to my collection, too, so hopefully they were listening :)
@Z Any Mouse - Isn't that trailer amazing?! So glad you finally got to see it. I went to dinner and a movie tonight with my family for my dad's birthday, and we saw Blind Side with Sandra Bullock. It was really good, but I felt like I was cheating on New Moon by being at the theater and not seeing it again, and they didn't show the Remember Me trailer :(
